Let’s begin with your love story
and what is most important to be captured on your wedding day. Through a design consultation prior to your date, I will be able to envision what you want to see in your finished artwork. The details you share will assist me in painting the life, love, and joy of your celebration. Whichever moment and scene you choose, I want to ensure your original piece is created especially for you!
On your day
I will arrive 2 hours before your guests. I spend time gathering inspiration from the elements you chose to personalize your day. I walk through your space looking for the best angles and lighting for your scene, while taking reference photos to create the perfect composition to enhance your moment.
When your guests begin to arrive, the first brushstrokes are being painted onto your canvas. As your celebration continues to unfold, your artwork is being created Live, welcoming you all to get a closer view. My paintings focus on the unity of you as a newly wedded couple, your preferred highlights and opulent atmosphere.
Following your day
Your artwork is carefully transported back to my studio for any needed refinement before it is safely stored until dry. (delivery/shipping schedule dependent on current wedding season up to 14 weeks)

How it works
During Cocktail Hour your guests will have the opportunity to stop by my station and pose to be photographed for their portrait. After your reception begins, they are welcome to watch and chat as portraits are being painted while they continue to mingle and enjoy your party. Even your guests who may not want a painting for themselves enjoy picking out ‘who’s who’. Paintings will be displayed as they are completed where guests are free to take them or pick them up before they leave at the end of the night.
Watercolor & Ink sketches are painted on 5x7 professional and archival paper, perfect for framing. Loosely illustrated in washes focusing on fashion, hair, and color. Paintings are packaged in clear protective sleeves and a postcard backer. Paper and/or postcards can be personalized for an additional fee
